What is SOLD-OUT?
SOLD-OUT is an early preview of a ticket acquisition service for high-demand events.
How does pre-reservation work?
You choose an event, category, and success fee. We queue on Ticketmaster for you and charge only when tickets are secured.
When am I charged?
You are charged only if tickets are successfully secured. Your card is authorized upfront but not captured until success.
What happens if you cannot get tickets?
You are not charged for a failed attempt, and you can request alerts for future availability.
Is SOLD-OUT affiliated with Ticketmaster?
No. SOLD-OUT is independent from Ticketmaster and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ticketmaster.
Is this a beta/preview?
Yes. This public preview is designed to show the experience while backend services are being stabilized.
